We will pair you with a personal mentor consultant who will be able to guide you through organisational, management or project-specific challenges. We offer up to 45 minutes of mentoring or coaching per quarter which can be used as required so that your questions get answered and any problems your organisation faces can be resolved in an efficient, cost-effective way.
Coaching
If you choose the coaching option, your personal coach will meet you each quarter and help you to improve skills in specific areas through structured sessions which will be followed up with actions and feedback.
Bespoke grant application support
Our experienced consultants review and provide technical feedback on your grant applications. You also have the opportunity to request specific online training topics to be developed and request other consultancy support if necessary. We will also provide occasional new grant opportunities when appropriate and available.
