Get to know us better

Up Close & Personal

Potentia Global is the new brand name for Oxford Academy for NGO Development.  For more than 20 years, the organisation has supported NGOs worldwide, building skills and strengthening institutional capacity. As our work has advanced and is practice driven,  it became clear that a new name was needed to reflect our global reach and practical focus. We formed in response to the growing number of requests for support, training, and advice, that we regularly receive from small and medium-size NGOs across the world. We believe in the real potential behind the work of small and medium NGOs and want to share our experience to enable you develop essential skills and grow your impact. The strapline for this specialist capacity building organisation is 'building skills, sharing knowledge for NGOs' and it is this foundation that reflects our mission.  We have more than 25 years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, programme design, NGO operations, and all areas of fundraising and invite you to join us on your journey of development.

We are delighted to announce that we have developed two specific training courses designed to build essential skills in international grant writing. Further details will be available soon.

By joining us, you will benefit from a high-quality consultancy that is often beyond the capacity and funds for many small and medium-sized NGOs. Your success is our success! Join us and we can work together to help make the world a better place!
