Up Close & Personal
Oxford Academy for NGO Development was formed in response to the growing number of requests for support, training, and advice, that our founder, Cheryl Hooper was receiving every day from small and medium-size NGOs across the world. The strapline for this specialist capacity building academy is 'building skills, sharing knowledge' and it is this foundation that the academy has been built on. Cheryl has more than 25 years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, programme design, NGO operations, and all areas of fundraising. Learn more about Cheryl's professional background and experience below.
Think of us as your own personal consultant, holding your hand, guiding you, and helping to make the world a better place together.
