What is coaching, exactly?
Coaching is non-directive interaction between coach and client, where the client is enabled to find their own solutions to problems. The coach asks questions and listens carefully, to help the client think for themselves
Coaching is a forward-thinking process, which enables people to improve their current situation and reach their own ambitions and goals. We all have the answers within ourselves, and coaching enables us to realise our potential and overcome obstacles.
